+ONE™ Haircutting Cape Warranty

We stand behind the quality of the +ONE Haircutting Cape. Our goal is to make haircut time easier for families and stylists, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

The +ONE Haircutting Cape is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

If your cape has a manufacturing defect or issue related to workmanship during the warranty period, we will gladly replace it.


What Our Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects related to materials or workmanship under normal use.

Examples may include:

  • Faulty stitching
  • Manufacturing defects in the fabric
  • Issues with the neck openings or construction


What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, accidents, or alterations made to the product after purchase.

This includes:

  • Damage caused by excessive heat or improper washing
  • Cuts, burns, or damage from sharp tools
  • General wear from regular use over time
  • Damage resulting from improper storage or handling


How to Request a Replacement

If you believe your +ONE Haircutting Cape has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo of the product showing the defect

Once we review your request, we will determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement product.


Warranty Terms

All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by +ONE. Determination of whether a product issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect is made at the sole discretion of +ONE.

This warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized +ONE sales channels and is limited to the original purchaser.

+ONE reserves the right to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve approved warranty claims at its discretion.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, +ONE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Liability under this warranty is limited solely to the replacement of the product as described above.


+ONE reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
