Refund Policy

At +ONE, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@plusonecape.com, and we will do our best to help.

Returns

We accept returns of unused items in their original condition and original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused
  • be in the same condition that you received it
  • be returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • items returned without original packaging
  • gift cards, if applicable
  • final sale or clearance items, if marked as such at the time of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@plusonecape.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email hello@plusonecape.com with:

  • your full name
  • your order number
  • the item you want to return
  • the reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact hello@plusonecape.com.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@plusonecape.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped.
